An exciting opportunity has become available for a high performing individual to join the Engineering & Technology branch of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) in the role of Business Analyst. The Business Analyst is a hands‐on practitioner who works with business and technical stakeholders to analyse problems, define requirements, and support the delivery of business and system improvements. This role operates with moderate autonomy, applies established frameworks and standards, and contributes analysis outputs that directly support project and operational outcomes.

* Business and functional requirements
* Process maps (current and future state)
* Use cases, user stories, or requirement specifications
* Stakeholder workshop outputs
* Impact assessments and change support artefacts
* UAT and solution validation support materials
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills
* Confident stakeholder engagement across business and technical domains
* Sound process analysis and improvement capability
* Evidence based problem solving and solution support
* Operates within structured delivery, governance, and change environments
