What You'll Be Doing
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll apply your clinical expertise to support individuals recovering from injury, illness or disability. You'll complete assessments, provide practical recommendations, and guide people through their recovery and return-to-work journey.
You will:
* Conduct a variety of clinical assessments aligned to your discipline, including functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic assessments, workplace assessments and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments
* Identify appropriate recovery and return-to-work pathways, and assist clients exploring retraining or future employment options
* Apply strong case management skills to coordinate, monitor and support clients throughout their rehabilitation plan
* Provide clear clinical recommendations through high-quality reporting
* Build strong relationships with employers, insurers, medical providers and other key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes

What You'll Bring
* AHPRA or ESSA (AEP) professional registration.
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A compassionate approach and strong commitment to client-centred care.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a supportive team.
* Current Working with Children Check and ability to complete a National Criminal History Check.
