We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to lead our industrial finance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and analysis to support business growth.
Job Description:
* Lead and develop high-performing teams to drive financial performance and informed decision-making.

* Ensure governance and compliance by overseeing financial processes and adhering to regulatory requirements.
* Deliver accurate modelling and reporting by maintaining best-practice asset models and ensuring consistent reporting on financial performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in finance, property, or business with strong experience in property finance, analytics, and asset management.
* Deep understanding of property accounting processes with preferred experience using Yardi and TM1.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
