Clinical Placement Officer and Travel Coordinator

We are seeking an organized individual to coordinate clinical placements and travel arrangements for trainees within the Medical Technician Wing at a Defence School of Health.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinical placements and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

* Booking and monitoring of all clinical placement travel through official systems.
* Providing support to staff and trainees with travel administration tasks.
* Ensuring accurate financial reporting and management of trainee travel payments.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team, utilizing strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:

* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of clinical placements and travel arrangements.
