Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services Ltd (KAMS) is a regional Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) that serves as a collective voice for a network of member ACCHS across the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
Our organisation is committed to providing comprehensive primary health care in five remote Aboriginal community clinics and advocating for the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people.
Candidate Profile
We seek a passionate and dedicated professional who values integrity, confidentiality, and community engagement while contributing to the health and wellbeing of families in the Bidyadanga community.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife and Registered Nurse;
* Experience in maternal and child health services within Indigenous health settings;
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team;
* Proficiency in conducting training and education sessions for diverse audiences.
Salary & Benefits
The salary and benefits package includes:
* Annual Airfare: $1,285 per annum pro rata (after 12 months of service);
* Electricity Allowance: $1,440 per annum pro rata;
* Option to salary package.
