The Company:

This fast-growing Australian property development company specialises in commercial and retail projects nationwide. With years of industry experience, the company excels at transforming prime retail locations and developing high-quality commercial properties.

The Role:

* Process invoices and reconcile accounts using MRI & MyBuildings
* Manage arrears, issue breach notices, and follow up on short payments
* Assist tenants with account queries and prepare reconciliations
* Raise ad hoc charges (e.g. water usage, extended trade, recoverables)
* Handle incoming calls and follow up on messages as needed
* Support casual leasing bookings and retail marketing activities
* Draft tenant communications, reports, and internal documentation
* Maintain accurate files, databases, and compliance records
* Assist with WHS reporting, incident logs, and meeting coordination
* Provide general office support and manage supply orders

The Candidate:

* Proven administration experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple priorities
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to delivering quality support
* A background in property, retail, or strata will be highly regarded but is not essential
* Familiarity with systems such as MRI is advantageous, though full training will be provided
