About The Role
As a Principal Advisor, you will work within a centralised assessment environment that receives, assesses and triages workplace health and safety, electrical safety and dangerous goods incident notifications and complaints.
You Will
* Exercise inspector powers under relevant legislation, including the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and Electrical Safety Act 2002.
* Apply specialist technical knowledge to assess notifications and provide accurate, timely advice to clients.
* Evaluate complex or high‐risk matters, including those that are emotionally charged or contentious.
* Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support consistent, transparent and accountable service delivery across multiple communication channels.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying emerging issues and trends.
