About the role: Core Talent is delighted to be supporting our client, in the high-end engineering space, recruit an experienced Administrator to assist in the smooth operation of the office. The successful candidate will provide practical support and expertise to help the organisation operate efficiently. Managing a wide range of administrative tasks and help to ensure daily operations stay on track. Key Responsibilities: Keep the office running smoothly daily Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel for staff and leadership. Manage all visitors at reception Liaise with property managers and log maintenance issues as they arise Coordinate with contractors including cleaners, waste service and security Keep track of office supplies and place orders for WA sites as needed Work with the Site Security Team to help keep company premises safe and secure Provide general admin support to staff and management from handling correspondence, preparing documents and organising meetings Answer phones, manage emails and direct enquiries Organisation of digital and physical files Build a solid understanding of clients, their instructions and reporting requirements Make sure audit, compliance and oversight queries are identified and responded to promptly Flag any potential service delivery issues early and help the team resolve them Maintain company compliance registers Help review, update and implement office policies and procedures Complete data entry and prepare reports as directed by the COO Skills & Experience: Office Administratiom experience Flexibility, ability to problem solve and work in a fluid and changing environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Good team player with track record of working well with and being an integral part of a team Experience using Microsoft (or similar) software package Organised and detail orientated Good time management and ability to multitask Experience in office management of over multiple sites.
