Located at Westmead Hospital, you'll be part of Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD)—one of the largest and most dynamic health services in NSW.

You'll work closely with the Allied Health Directorate, senior executives and corporate governance teams in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment that values integrity, respect and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

In this pivotal executive support role, you'll ensure the Director of Allied Health operates efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.

Manage complex diaries, correspondence, meetings and executive priorities
Prepare high-quality briefings, reports, agendas, minutes and presentations
Analyse and triage sensitive communications, tracking deadlines and actions
Build strong working relationships with senior leaders, clinicians and stakeholders
Improve administrative systems, processes and reporting to support outcomes

How To Apply

Demonstrated experience in the provision of effective executive support to manage competing priorities in a high volume executive environment.
Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders with diverse interests and competing agendas.
Proven organisational and time management skills, including the ability to use initiative, prioritise and complete a highly complex workload to meet predetermined targets and deadlines.
Advanced level proficiency in business writing, quantitative and qualitative data collection, tracking and analysis using the Microsoft office suite of applications.
Proven experience with the preparation of high quality briefs and correspondence in an executive environment including replying to Ministerials and complaints.
Demonstrated experience in assisting with the development and implementation of policies, procedures and standards to support the operations of a business unit or health service.
Demonstrated experience in event management from arrangement of small meetings and committees to larger events including diary coordination, venue booking, travel and catering requirements
Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive information and understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
