Leading commercial property group is seeking a Property Analyst to join its high-calibre team.
Suitably qualified Analyst with strong modelling & valuation skills.
Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver analysis for a portfolio of commercial assets.
Undertake leasing deal analysis (NPV, cash-flow forecasting, IRR), sensitivity, scenario & value-impact analysis and valuations.
Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and commercial business partnering for your portfolio of assets, including coordination of NOI & CAPEX reforecasting, strategic asset plans and associated modelling.
Qualifications
Degree qualified Analyst with approx 3-6 years relevant experience in an analytical role in the commercial real-estate sector, either in-house, agency-side or in an external advisory/consulting capacity (Big 4, valuations, etc).
Proven skills in modelling, valuations, leasing and operational business partnering within the commercial property sector.
Passion for the commercial property sector and desire to take the next steps with a leading player.
