**YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL**:
This role is central to driving all client and team experiences across WPP. With customer service at its core, this role ensures that a high level of professionalism and integrity is delivered by the Front of House team as they interact with clients and our agencies.
Joining our Barangaroo campus, you work within our friendly reception team to cover front of house and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
When covering the reception desk, you will get the opportunity to meet and greet clients and team members, answer phone calls and queries, and provide assistance to whoever is in need, whether that be organising couriers, catering, and events. When there's a function within the office, you assist the team with preparation and all hospitality aspects.
Reporting to our Facilities Manager, this varied role will see you wearing many hats as you will also assist the agencies within WPP with all manner of Adhoc queries.
**WHAT YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME DOING**:
Reception Duties
- Professionally greet clients upon arrival at Reception and helps with any general enquiries
- Answer phones promptly and professionally for multiple brands
- Administration of desk and meeting room bookings via WPP's booking app
- Assist with the preparation and tidying of meeting rooms prior to and after client meetings
- Administer client car space bookings
- Promptly contact IT with immediate tech issues
Despatch Duties
- Orders and maintains supply of kitchen groceries, alcohol, paper, stationery, and toner for both offices
- Unpacks and distributes all orders and deliveries personally made
- Places catering orders for client meetings
- Assists with setting up and orders catering and/or alcohol for office functions, events, and activities (this ranges from ordering birthday cakes/Friday food to setting up important largescale staff/client events)
- Sorts delivered mail, notifying staff of packages
- Organises outgoing couriers
- Assists with responding to and reporting building maintenance issues and concerns, ensuring productive resolution to the concern
- Ensure that meeting rooms, common areas, kitchen areas, and utilities rooms are clean and presentable at all times
Miscellaneous Duties
- Trained fire warden for both office locations (training will be provided)
- First-aid officer (training can be provided)
