We are a luxury retail gallery where Kitchens are treated as the center of the home and not just another room. Each Kitchen is design-driven, and crafted to transform the space. We are seeking an exceptional Showroom Manager to lead our space, our clients, and our sales experience.
This role is for someone driven, detail-oriented, and Kitchen design-literate — a professional who understands that luxury lives in nuance, storytelling, and flawless execution.
The Role
As Showroom Manager, you will be the face and heartbeat of our showroom. You will curate the client experience from first impression to final placement, manage daily operations, and drive sales with confidence and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day operation of the showroom to the highest standards, from managing leads to sales executions.
* Deliver a refined, consultative sales experience to private clients, designers, and architects
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships
* Manage and motivate the showroom team (where applicable)
* Maintain immaculate visual presentation and merchandising
* Work closely with design professionals on bespoke and high-value projects
* Oversee inventory, orders, and operational processes with precision
* Explore and create new business through networking, and marketing ideas.
* The showroom operates across weekdays with the role requiring one weekend day for potential appointments.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in luxury retail, Kitchen sales & designs, or a related design-led field
* Strong design eye and the ability to speak confidently about materials, craftsmanship, and aesthetics
* Highly driven, diligent, and self-motivated
* Polished, articulate, and comfortable working with high-net-worth clients
* Commercially minded with a passion for selling beautiful joinery
* Organised, dependable, and detail-focused
