We're a lean, early-stage technology venture studio looking for someone who is a digital marketing all-rounder. This is a hands‐on, full time contract role for someone who sits at the intersection of lifecycle, content engagement, and digital performance marketing.
This is an end‐to‐end role for someone who can own the day‐to‐day delivery of growth and marketing activity across acquisition, lifecycle, CRM, content, campaigns, GTM, events and reporting — while also bringing fresh ideas, strong initiative, and a continuous optimisation mindset.

Core Responsibilities
Campaign management & execution
* Execute end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital, lifecycle, content, events and communications
* Build and run campaigns across key channels, from planning through to launch and reporting
* Support go‐to‐market activity for AI native platform products and other emerging AIPX ventures
Lifecycle, content & SEO/GEO
* Manage email campaigns, CRM workflows, automated lifecycle journeys and nurture sequences
* Manage social content and support content production aligned to business priorities
* Maintain and optimise websites, landing pages and related performance tools
* Create constant and relevant content across brands to optimise for SEO and GEO
Events & coordination
* Coordinate IRL events, activations and event schedules
* Coordinate and maintain the weekly marketing calendar across campaigns, content, launches and events
Performance, Optimisation and collaboration
* Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, lead generation, funnel health and related KPIs
* Identify opportunities to improve messaging, conversion, workflow efficiency and marketing performance
* Work closely with product and leadership teams on acquisition, activation and retention initiatives
* Use AI tools to increase speed, quality and effectiveness across marketing execution
About you
* 3+ years' experience in a marketing, growth or digital role
* Startup, scale-up or agency experience highly regarded
* Strong execution capability across multiple channels — not just one specialist area
* Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Brevo, Attio, Customer.io, HubSpot or similar
* Experience running multi-channel campaigns with clear tracking, reporting and budget discipline
* Good working knowledge of performance marketing, web analytics, landing pages and lead generation
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross‐functional teams
* Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership
* Able to work independently and make progress without waiting for perfect direction
* Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance output and efficiency in your day‐to‐day work
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable in a fast‐paced environment where not everything is fully structured
* Experience supporting product launches or early‐stage GTM
* Experience with events, partnerships or community‐led growth
* Basic design, video, no-code or landing page build capability
