As our new Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you could be assisting our Restaurant & Bar Manager with leading the team of F&B Attendants and ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable experience.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
1. Assisting our Restaurant & Bar Manager with directing, coaching, and developing a team of hospitality professionals.
2. Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and exceeding expectations.
3. Managing food and beverage standards to uphold responsible business practices.
4. Overseeing multiple outlets including Waves (breakfast), Social House (all-day dining), and Cliffords (A la Carte Steakhouse & Grill).
What We need from you:
* Ability to work AM + PM shifts across a 7-day roster.
* Related experience, including proven leadership skills.
* Must speak the local language.
