Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team at a general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth on the doorstep of the south-west.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement patient safety and quality of care initiatives.
* Practice as a Senior Pharmacist and ensure practice aligns with Pharmacy Board of Australia Registration Standards, Codes and Guidelines including the Pharmacy Code of Conduct for Registered Health Practitioners.
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of drug therapy and clinical pharmacy services.
* Ability to promote safe, rational and cost-effective drug therapy.
