Overview
At Diakrit we strive to be the world's #1 provider of digital visualization solutions for the real estate industry. We’re seeking creative, personable and passionate photographers / floorplaners (ideally with video / drone skills as well) to join our energetic and dynamic team in freelance roles. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in real estate photography along with a great understanding of the industry. Being well presented, reliable and open to learning new techniques & photography styles is a must.
This is a flexible contract role (not necessarily full time); work volumes will vary depending on location and time of year.
All client bookings and liaisons are handled by our friendly Customer Solutions team, while our team of professional sales account managers take care of the client management side. All the photo editing, retouching and production of rendered floor plans is performed by our Digital Imaging team. Leaving our Photographers to focus on what they are best at—taking exceptional photos and sometimes capturing the information needed for floor plans.
Responsibilities
* Capture high-quality real estate photographs and floor plan information.
* Utilize video and drone skills where applicable to enhance property visuals.
* Engage professionally with clients and manage expectations in collaboration with the Customer Solutions team.
* Coordinate with the Digital Imaging team for editing, retouching and production of rendered floor plans.
* Maintain reliable, on-time delivery and stay open to learning new techniques and photography styles.
Qualifications
* Full frame camera with a minimum 17mm wide-angle lens.
* Telephoto lens, 24-105mm or 70-200mm range with aperture of F4 or similar.
* Sturdy tripod with at least 180 cm of extendable height.
* Reasonable power speed-light / external flash (preferably off-camera use); multiple flashes beneficial.
* Reliable car and valid driver’s license.
* Willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to different properties and styles.
* Ideally experience in real estate photography or related industry; drone ability and videography are highly regarded.
