About the role
Raise a glass to your next big opportunity! We’re on the hunt for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Manager to join our close-knit QLD team at Australian Vintage. If you're passionate about wine, love being on the road, and thrive on building strong customer connections — this could be your perfect pour. Covering the Sunshine Coast, Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, and regional trips to Rockhampton, this role is all about growing our presence, smashing sales goals, and bringing our award-winning brands to life in every store, venue, and tasting event.
What you’ll be doing
- Building new customer relationships and strengthening existing ones across on- and off-premise accounts
- Driving sales and margin opportunities with professionalism, product knowledge, and a passion for results
- Representing our brands in-store and at tastings, ensuring they shine in key shelf positions
- Delivering against KPIs and sales budgets set by the State Sales Manager
- Owning your region and taking the initiative to make an impact, every single day
We’re looking for someone who is
- A natural people person – You build rapport easily, communicate with impact, and know how to influence
- Self-motivated and independent – You’re confident flying solo, managing your territory, and thinking on your feet
- Ambitious and goal-driven – You’ve got the hunger to succeed and the drive to grow with us
- Well-organised – You plan, prioritise, and stay one step ahead
- Experienced in sales – Territory Manager experience in FMCG or drinks is highly valued
