As an Electrical Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in:
* Supporting and directing the maintenance team.
* Supporting the planning and work allocation to team members.
* Leading and mentoring a team of electricians and apprentices.
* Coordinating daily work schedules and allocating resources effectively.
* Ensuring compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
* Completing assigned PM02 tasks and ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are adhered to.
* Collaborating with other departments to deliver projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:
* Trade‐qualification with a current electrical license.
* Proven leadership experience in an electrical or maintenance environment.
* Instrumentation background.
* Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
* Availability to work in different shifts.
