Jordan and Brooke are seeking passionate and knowledgeable online tutors to provide personalised learning support in English, Mathematics, Accounting, and Science across K-12 grade levels. This role involves teaching primary, middle, and senior school students in a supportive online environment. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective online tutoring in English, Mathematics, and Science for students across all grade levels.
* Assess student learning needs, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.
* Adjust teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Collaborate with the academic coordination team to design and implement tailored online learning resources.
* Stay updated with curriculum standards and best teaching practices to ensure high-quality instruction.
Key Criteria
* Familiarity with the Australian Curriculum is highly advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and create a positive online learning environment.
* A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline (specialisation in English, Mathematics, or Science is highly desirable).
* Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt lessons according to student ability levels.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
