Job Title: Court Security Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to manage court security operations.
* Provide strategic guidance on intelligence and risk issues affecting courts.
* Build strong partnerships with law enforcement and court stakeholders.
* Support Regional Commanders on high-risk or sensitive security matters.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in security management and excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Successful completion of the Sheriff's Officer Recruit Training Program.
* Certificate III in Government, Diploma of Leadership and Management or equivalent within 12 months of commencement.
* Current NSW Driver's Licence, current First Aid certificate and meet the required health, physical and psychological requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead security operations in courts when required.
2. Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, audits and report findings.
3. Investigate critical security incidents and recommend improvements.
This role is a sworn Sheriff's Officer for the purposes of the Sheriff Act 2005. The role will be required to perform the duties of a Sheriff's Officer as necessary.
