Full time fixed term until 31 December 2026. Geelong office location with flexible hybrid working. JG5 offering a competitive starting base salary of $128,677 super and benefits.
About the role
The Project Manager leads collaborative teams to deliver a range of projects that meet critical business needs – on time, on budget and aligned with broader strategic objectives. The role bridges planning and execution ensuring key initiatives such as capital projects and leasing initiatives translate into tangible value-driven outcomes for the organisation.
About the Team
This role sits within the Enterprise Change & Workplace Experience Division under our Corporate Services team. The team is responsible for a multi-year workplace investment program to uplift our workplaces to be modern, future-fit and accessible, promoting environments that enable performance, motivate people to come together and enhance outcomes for clients.
You will be reporting to and supported by the Senior Project Manager. The team is collaborative, outcome-focused and committed to delivering high-quality projects that create real value and meaningful change across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end building-related capital projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and meeting strategic objectives.
* Own the end-to-end project lifecycle – define scope, manage stakeholders and ensure deliverables meet business needs on time and within budget.
* Identify and manage project risks, handle change processes and keep all stakeholders informed with timely, accurate updates.
* Provide effective project leadership, setting expectations, supporting performance and stepping in when needed.
* Champion PMO tools and practices to ensure consistency, quality and continuous improvement across all projects.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven project delivery expertise, experience leading capital and leasing initiatives.
* Strong risk, change and stakeholder management skills.
* Leadership with a standards-driven mindset.
* Minimum 5 years of related project management experience.
