Reporting to the State Manager, this is a pure "hunter" role focused on actively identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory of Hobart to build a robust sales pipeline. This is not an Account Management position.
WHAT YOU NEED TO ACHIEVE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS:
* Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed your territory targets.
* Prospect and Qualify: Proactively research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.
* Develop Solutions: Accurately measure and estimate projects, crafting compelling, s solution-based proposals, quotes, and tender responses.
What Experience Is Required
* Proven track record in B2B new business development and solution selling.
* Experience in researching and actively targeting new customers.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems for sales data management.
* Prior experience in the painting, facilities maintenance, building, or construction industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
