The role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and memorable interactions.
- Complete sales transactions and aim to reach store sales goals.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation and ensure new stock is displayed promptly and accurately.
- Replenish stock and keep the store tidy.
- Actively keep product knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services.
- Contribute to a fun, supportive in‐store culture where the team loves coming to work each day.
- Demonstrate a strong safety mindset and commitment to a culture of safety.
Qualifications
- A passion for animals and providing the best customer service.
- Experience in a similar retail environment.
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team.
- Physically fit and able to lift products up to 20kg.
- Flexible and able to work weekends and public holidays.
