This part‐time front desk role provides up to 36 hours per week, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and efficient check‐in and check‐out experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check‐in/check‐out
* Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests
* Co‐ordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
* Manage reservations and daily guest transactions accurately
* Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional front desk environment
* Participate in training and team meetings
