**What's the role all about**
Are you a passionate and driven people person with an enterprise-based approach to project, program and portfolio management. Are you looking to contribute to the successful delivery of a large range of projects that will benefit our community? This role will see you lead in efficient and effective maturity, assurance and reporting for the EPMO.
Ideally this role would suit a pro-active and strategic thinker who is able to guide other EPMO staff and support project personnel whilst, continuously improving on all project management artefacts, methodologies and practices in conjunction with the Manager of EPMO and team.

The position is full-time permanent.
**What you might do**
- Provide support and advice to Project Managers, Project Control Groups and the Executive Governance Group to ensure effective project controls are in place and risks and issues are appropriately managed.
- Undertake quality assurance reviews on project documentation and ensure approvals are progressed to the appropriate governance group.
- Coordinate the EPMO team to identify and deliver continuous improvement of practices and processes related to project governance, assurance, and reporting.
- Assist the Executive Governance Group by managing the process for escalation of project changes, risks, and issues.
**Who we are looking for.**
- A tertiary qualification in Project Management or post graduate and several years of subsequent experience or lesser formal qualifications and extensive and diverse experience.
- Experience in an EPMO, or a sound understanding of implementation of project management framework and common project management methodologies and principles.
- Experience in undertaking quality assurance activities.
- Experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
