Full-Time Head of Marketing (Smart Antennas, Growth & Brand) – Wagga Wagga

Trusted by customers across Australia, Zetifi is scaling for global growth. With a $5m government grant, we are expanding fast with new products and strong momentum.
We are looking for a full-time Head of Marketing to drive growth across multiple channels and cement Zetifi as the trusted brand for smart connectivity.
The role:
You will take ownership of Zetifi's marketing and growth strategy, from planning through to hands-on delivery. Work closely with the CEO and COO, report to the CEO, and be a key part of our leadership team. You will manage agency partners where needed but will directly execute campaigns, programs, and initiatives that deliver results. This role is for someone who thrives on action and accountability.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver growth strategy for Zetifi's smart antenna range in Australia, with support for initial international expansion
* Drive campaigns and initiatives across digital, content, PR, events, product launches, and channel or partner marketing
* Directly manage and optimise high-impact channels, brief and oversee agencies for specialist needs
* Build and maintain clear brand messaging that showcases Zetifi's performance, quality, and innovation
* Support sales with tools, collateral, and programs that convert leads and build channel partnerships
* Report on metrics that matter, including brand awareness, pipeline, lead generation, and conversion, with a focus on sales both in-store and online
* Full-time role, based in our Wagga Wagga HQ at least 4 days a week (1 day remote is OK)
About you:
* 5+ years' in-house marketing experience ideally in a startup or SME environment
* Strong track record in hardware, tech, or similar product-driven sectors
* Multi-channel marketing skills, hands-on with digital, content, events, and PR
* Experience managing agency partners, but comfortable running campaigns solo
* Proven ability to deliver growth and build brands known for quality and innovation
* Must be Wagga-based or willing to relocate (required)
