Maintenance Support Specialist
This role involves assisting the maintenance team in ensuring day-to-day maintenance requirements are met.
Key responsibilities include:
* Completing daily rounds
* Carrying out maintenance on mechanical equipment
* Ensuring all equipment is used, stored, and maintained correctly
Liaising with supervisors/managers/contractors to ensure guest rooms and public areas are restored as soon as possible.
Recording all maintenance tasks performed, complete and incomplete, including reports about repairs and preventative schedules.
The ideal candidate will have:
* The ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping
* The capacity to move up and down a ladder
* The dexterity to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight
* The strength to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 Kilograms without assistance
