Fashion - Dispatch & Customer Service Coordinator - Immediate Start
We are seeking a Fashion Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to be a part of a dynamic team based in trendy Rosebery.
This role requires someone energetic and outgoing who is wanting to gain all round knowledge of a well-established fashion label.
You will be responsible for managing customer queries and online orders, giving you the opportunity to be taught valuable skills within Operations and E-commerce.
Responsibilities :
* General office administrative and office manager tasks
* Process customer queries via phone, email, and social media using your problem-solving skills
* Wholesale pick and pack for mini majors and wholesale boutique market
* Checking goods to ensure good quality for outgoing items
* General upkeep of stock areas & allocating and bagging of stock
* Receiving and checking of incoming / outgoing garments
* Managing quarterly stock take and reviewing any discrepancies
* Processing of wholesale and online returns and exchanges in a timely manner
* Preparation of invoices, packing slips and shipping documents
* Personal Assistant to director
* Assisting with chasing wholesale payments for N30 and pre-paid orders
* Assist with upload of website product from inventory system
* Assist production team with coordinating inbound and outbound couriers
* Dispatch PR and media requests
* Assist on photoshoots
The ideal candidate will have :
* Live locally around the City / Eastern Suburbs
* Relevant fashion industry experience
* 1-2 years previous dispatch experience and or PA experience
* Experience using Excel
* An eye for detail, accuracy, and spelling / grammar with broad experience across administrative and organisational duties
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Professional presentation, and a friendly, positive, and warm disposition
* An ability to work collaboratively in a busy office environment with competing priorities
* An ability to adapt to the constantly evolving pace of the business
