As a Resourcer in our Schools Division, you play a vital role in attracting, engaging and supporting Educators for CRT (Casual Relief Teacher) opportunities across Melbourne's North-West.
You're not just sourcing talent.
You're strengthening school communities and making sure learning never stops.
Your first few months
You will:
* Build strong relationships with educators and understand their preferences, availability and aspirations
* Learn our booking platform, compliance processes and sourcing workflows
* Grow a high-quality pool of active CRTs ready for temporary and contract opportunities
* Get hands‐on with daily sourcing, screening and matching of educators to schools
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience across every touchpoint
* Collaborate closely with your team to ensure consistent, reliable service to our school partners
From there, you'll have opportunities to:
* Step into Senior Resourcer or Consultant pathways
* Move into Educator Management, Temp Recruitment or Account Management roles
* Develop specialisation within primary, secondary, SEN or regional portfolios
* Build a long-term career across ANZUK's Education divisions globally
About you

* A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for personal growth
* Full working rights and willingness to obtain a Volunteer WWCC
* Knowledge of the education sector (advantageous, but not essential)
