Elecnor is seeking motivated Labourers / Field Workers to support the ongoing operations and maintenance of our Solar Farm near Armidale, NSW, contributing to the day-to-day running and upkeep of the site.You may currently reside in the New England region (NSW), or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Perform general labouring duties across the solar farm site
• Operate equipment (e.g., mowers or similar)
• Conduct groundskeeping and vegetation management, including mowing, trimming and general site upkeep
• Undertake manual handling and outdoor physical work as required
• Comply with all Health and Safety plans and procedures
Requirements
• Experience as a Labourer, Field Worker, or similar role
• Construction White Card
• Driver's Licence
• Strong teamwork, reliability and a safety-first mindset
