HR Systems Support Officer (Position No: WBS005)
Join Mackay Regional Council's People & Culture team as an HR Systems Support Officer This is a fantastic opportunity to provide operational HR support and contribute to a dynamic, progressive local government.
About this opportunity:
* Deliver timely and efficient operational support for employee services activities, including recruitment, training administration, contract preparation, and records management.
* Assist with research, data reconciliation, and reporting for key processes such as performance appraisals and probation reviews.
* Support labour hire administration and training coordination.
* Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
* Promote workplace health, safety, and wellbeing across all activities.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
* Previous experience in HR administration or similar support role.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work under general direction and meet deadlines.
