Bourke Aboriginal Corporation Health Service (BACHS) is a highly respected Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation, delivering culturally safe, high-quality primary health care and community services couch remote NSW.
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth and impact. This is a rare opportunity to provide strategic leadership within a values-driven organisation that is recognised for strong governance, innovation and community trust.
About the role
Reporting to the Board of Directors and working closely with a capable and committed Executive Team, the CEO is responsible for the overall strategic, operational and cultural leadership of the organisation.

* Leading and supporting high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
* Strengthening partnerships with community, government and stakeholders
* Ensuring strong financial performance, risk management and compliance

About you
* Proven senior executive leadership experience in health, community or complex organisations
* Strong strategic, financial and governance capability
* Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal health and community-controlled organisations
* The ability to lead diverse teams and build trusted stakeholder relationships
* A leadership style grounded in respect, integrity and cultural safety
