About The Role
Our program begins in February each year, initially based in Hobart, Tasmania. Depending on your role, you will have the opportunity to rotate across various areas of Hydro Tasmania, Momentum Energy (our retail business!) and Entura (our consulting business!), building on your capabilities and creating a career that's right for you. The program also involves:
* Working at sites across Tasmania, including at hydropower stations, dams and lakes.
* Being part of large renewable infrastructure projects that power the nation.
* Opportunity to work for a business voted as one of the best places to work by Graduates.
Our Graduate Program is a fixed‐term program for two years.
Salary & Benefits
Salary from $80,038 plus super. Benefits include:

Skills & Experience
* Recent (graduated within the last two years) or upcoming degree in Arts, Social Science, HR, Economics, Data Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Legal Studies or related fields.
* Passion, enthusiasm and commitment to driving positive change.
* Strong communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and self‐awareness.
* Eagerness to learn and build relationships across the business.
This program is primarily for recent undergraduate graduates; master's or postgraduate candidates are less eligible.
