About the Role
A senior project management and contract administration professional (PMCA) will lead multi‐disciplinary Defence Estate and Infrastructure projects across our Australian Defence Estate delivery team. The role will support the Enterprise Estate and Infrastructure Program (EEIP) by delivering complex facilities and infrastructure projects with a strong focus on project delivery, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
* Plan, manage and deliver defence and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
* Negotiate, administer and monitor contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets and timelines.
* Lead and coordinate cross‐functional project teams, ensuring effective communication with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
* Provide project governance, risk management and problem resolution.
* Travel across Australia as required to support project work and client engagements.
* Maintain project documentation and reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications
* Proven project management and contract administration experience in capital facilities and infrastructure projects.
* Experience working within the Defence, National Security or broader Government sector.
* Current Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher (or ability to obtain).
* Australian citizenship.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or related discipline.
