As a Project Manager, you will control all onsite construction operations and be responsible for managing the project team to deliver successful, on-time project outcomes for the client while ensuring a safe working environment at all times. You will lead a high-performing team, direct and allocate site resources, and monitor effectiveness.You will be experienced in managing construction sites for built form projects including schools, sporting and leisure facilities, community infrastructure, prison facilities, power, and commercial buildings to drive construction.Skills and responsibilitiesResponsible for the project's occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality requirements.Monitor construction programs and completion dates.Measure all areas of subcontract work with subcontractors before they leave the site.To be successful in this role, you will need5+ years minimum experience in a similar role.Preferably, hold a current: Builder - medium rise QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.University or Tertiary qualifications in construction.Thorough knowledge of drawings, specifications, safety, and quality requirements for all onsite and offsite related activities.Join our team, be yourself, and help us power futures and create legacies.We're a purpose and values-led business guided by our values of family, empowerment, collaboration, and drive.
