Position Overview
As an eCommerce Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our online sales strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our eCommerce platform, implement innovative solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Oversee the day-to-day operation of our eCommerce platform, ensuring functionality, user-friendliness, and optimal performance.
* Implement best practices for website navigation, product listings, and checkout processes to maximize conversion rates.
* Work closely with the marketing team to integrate eCommerce initiatives with overall digital marketing strategies.
* Collaborate on campaigns, promotions, and other activities to drive traffic and sales on the eCommerce platform.
* Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics.
* Generate actionable insights and reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Experience working with Amazon / Pureplay.
* In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, trends, and technologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
