**About the role**:
- To provide a high level of general office administration tasks that support the StartNorth members and StartNorth Business Manager and StartNorth Business Development Officer.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that the reception area, meeting rooms and kitchen are tidy and always presented in a professional manner, this may include performing such duties as vacuuming rooms, doing dishes, sweeping, wiping tables, cleaning kitchen etc.
- Ensure that opening and closing space procedures are correctly implemented when rostered on at the beginning or end of the day as required.
- Trouble shoot computer and other technological equipment as appropriate.
- Help to ensure the security of the building in liaison with relevant officers.
- Ensure there is always coverage of reception when StartNorth is open during business hours and make sure only members use the space.
- Provide high quality, accurate and timely information services to the StartNorth coworkers by face to face, telephone or online.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Undergo a National Police Check
- Relevant tertiary qualification or lesser formal qualification/s with substantial work experience in customer service, sales, or business.
- Experience in using a computer including Microsoft Office software and other IT / AV equipment.
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
