Responsibilities
* Compiling and processing all required documentation to facilitate settlement.
* Generation of settlement packs and managing external financiers.
* Guiding clients through the settlement process.
* Liaising with clients in relation to their proposal and lease documents.
* Managing relationships and expediting the return of necessary documents.

* A sense of urgency and the ability to work in a busy environment.
* Commitment and proven ability to provide a high level of customer service.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment; be proactive, take action and seize opportunities to promote new ideas and solve problems.
* High level of written and verbal communication skills.
