Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee large-scale digital transformation programs across the Insurance and broader Financial Services landscape, ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping strategy, technology roadmaps, and transformation agendas
Build and maintain influential relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders, guiding them through technology-enabled change
Drive business growth through presales leadership, including solution design, commercial structuring, proposal development, and client presentations
Champion capability uplift by mentoring teams, enhancing consulting excellence, and supporting practice growth and thought leadership initiatives
Key Requirements
Extensive experience in the Insurance industry, ideally across multiple lines of business, with strong knowledge of sector challenges, regulatory drivers, and digital transformation priorities
Significant consulting experience within the Financial Services and Insurance sector, operating at a senior leadership level
Proven success owning presales, pipeline development, RFP responses, and revenue generation
Strong expertise in technology consulting, business case development, commercial management, and delivering large transformation engagements
Demonstrated leadership in practice development, people management, and nurturing high-performing consulting teams
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills, with a commitment to professional integrity and innovation.
