About the Role
Reporting to the Food & Beverage leadership team, this role is responsible for providing administrative support across our Food & Beverage venues, including Archie's Farm Restaurant & Bar and Le Petit Chef.
The position offers approximately 25 hours per week, working either:
* Monday to Thursday
* Monday to Friday
Typical working hours will be approximately:
* 9:00am – 3:00pm
* 10:00am – 4:00pm
Flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Archie's Farm Restaurant & Bar reservations and enquiries
* Coordinate group bookings and website bookings
* Manage Le Petit Chef bookings and process payments
* Respond to guest enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier communications
* Maintain departmental records, reports, and filing systems
* Prepare menus, promotional materials, and internal communications
* Coordinate meetings and assist with event administration
* Ensure compliance documentation is maintained and up to date
* Provide general administrative support to the Food & Beverage leadership team
Qualifications
About You
The successful candidate will:
* Have solid administration experience, ideally within hospitality or hotels
* Possess exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Be confident managing bookings, guest enquiries, and payments
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
* Be proactive, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Have a positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
* Experience with hotel booking systems or hospitality platforms will be highly regarded
