About the role
We are looking for an experience Human Resources professional who can partner with the management within the villages, coaching and guiding them through best practise across performance conversations and focusing on upskilling the current management team.
Key responsibilities
Support management, supervisors, team leaders and employees on generalist HR matters across all aspects of the HR Lifecycle by providing advice, coaching and training them on best practice, legislative requirements and company policy.
Provide advice to leaders undertaking grievance and disciplinary investigations and related processes
Enabling leaders to fulfill their responsibilities through dedicated coaching and guidance.
Creating frameworks and templates for a range of HR activities including performance management and dispute resolution.
Responding and resolving complaints or disputes
Support the deployment of People strategies and initiatives across the business.
Design and implement effective L&D; programs.
About you
7+ years in the HR profession with a relevant tertiary qualification
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills
The ability to thrive working in a fast-paced, outcome focused environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to think long term and translate this into successful, practical operational outcomes.
