About the Role
Working alongside our catering and care teams, you will support the delivery of safe, nutritious and appealing meals for our residents while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Sound understanding of food handler health and hygiene requirements
* Food preparation and plating under food safety guidelines
* Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment (HACCP principles)
* Assisting with meal service to residents with care and respect
* Following written procedures, documentation and hygiene standards
* Working collaboratively as part of a supportive, team‑based environment
* Contributing ideas to continuously improve residents' dining experience
About You
You don't need previous aged care experience — the right attitude matters most.

* Has good communication and customer service skills
* Can follow instructions, policies and procedures
