About the Role As an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you'll :
Design and deliver an inclusive, engaging Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF and QKLG.
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues in a supportive, nurturing environment.
Create vibrant and inspiring learning spaces that encourage curiosity and discovery.
Document children's learning through observations, evaluations, and reflections.
Maintain compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Represent our service with professionalism and uphold our Catholic Early EdCare values within the wider community.

What You'll Need
ACECQA-approved Bachelor, Graduate Diploma, or Master's in Early Childhood Education.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check - QLD).
Understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations.
Familiarity with behaviour guidance frameworks and inclusive practices.
