Job Description Reporting to the Group Accountant, your responsibilities will include: Managing the full function Accounts Payable process Payment runs, weekly basis Conducting monthly statement reconciliations for key suppliers Building and maintaining relationships with Venue Managers, key suppliers, and other stakeholders Credit Card reconciliations Any other ad hoc duties The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience and be comfortable working in a standalone role. They should be tech-savvy, able to quickly learn and adapt to new software - experience with Xero a bonus! Most importantly, they will be organised, motivated, eager to learn, and bring a positive, energetic personality to the team. The successful candidate must have full working rights and be based in Melbourne.
