Job Description:
As a skilled operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of various plant equipment at a quarry site.
* Operate mobile plant equipment (haul trucks, excavators, and/or front-end loaders) safely and efficiently.
* Manage the operation of crushing plants with precision.
* Perform basic maintenance and maintain cleanliness of the plant.
* Engage in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
* Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
Requirements:
* Experience operating mobile plant equipment is essential (experience with sales loaders is beneficial).
* A valid HR truck license is advantageous but not required.
* Quarry experience is valued but not necessary.
* A safety- and quality-minded individual.
* Ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
