An opportunity is available for a Senior Control M Administrator to join a major Australian enterprise organisation on a 6 month contract. This engagement sits within a large scale enterprise technology environment undergoing significant transformation, including a broader migration to SAP S4HANA.
The organisation is seeking a Control M specialist to lead and deliver an upgrade from Control M version to This is a project focused engagement requiring deep technical expertise in Control M within complex, highly integrated environments.
This role will suit a senior resource who has delivered enterprise grade Control M upgrades and understands the dependencies, risk management and integration considerations across large scale application and infrastructure landscapes.
Responsibilities
• Lead the end to end upgrade of Control M from version to 9.0.21
• Assess current platform configuration, integrations and dependencies
• Develop upgrade strategy, implementation plan and rollback procedures
• Perform installation, configuration and migration activities
• Conduct testing, validation and performance tuning post upgrade
• Work closely with SAP, infrastructure and application teams to ensure minimal disruption
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Ensure alignment with enterprise change, risk and security frameworks
Experience Required
• 7 to 10 years experience working with Control M in enterprise environments
• Proven experience delivering Control M platform upgrades
• Strong understanding of Control M architecture including Enterprise Manager and Agents
• Experience supporting large scale job scheduling environments
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimisation skills
• Experience working in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments
• Ability to operate autonomously within a project delivery framework

• Experience supporting SAP environments including SAP S4HANA
• Experience within large scale infrastructure transformation programs
• Exposure to Unix and Windows server environments
