Bid Management is a critical component of our sales strategy. We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial professional with at least three years of experience, preferably from the software solutions or services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee bid development and governance processes.
* Manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities.
* Lead framework applications, submissions, and reporting activities.
* Ensure high-quality, professional bid responses within required deadlines.
* Manage virtual teams and inputs from various stakeholders.
* Prepare and review commercial aspects of bids.
* Contribute to written proposals.
* Maintain a library of bid documents and team resources.
* Utilize bid automation software.
The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills, experience in bid management, commercial acumen, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Comfortable working at executive level, confident, tenacious, and motivated with high energy, self-sufficient needing little supervision, and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
