Cleaner Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cleaner operations manager to lead our cleaning team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Exceptional Cleaning Services: Ensure high-standard cleaning services are provided within assigned centres, adhering to timeframes and scope requirements.
* Serve as Team Leader: Supervise and support team members through hands-on training and regular site visits to maintain exceptional service quality.
* Maintain Team Attendance and Shift Coverage: Monitor team attendance using internal systems and ensure adequate shift coverage, stepping in when necessary.
* Act as First Point of Contact: Handle on-site queries, escalating urgent issues to the Cleaning Operations Supervisor when required.
* Manage Equipment and Supplies: Report faults and maintain stock levels for cleaning equipment and supplies.
* Ensure Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all City Health and Safety policies and procedures to guarantee a safe working environment.
Requirements
* Prior Experience: Previous experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry is essential.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills and leadership abilities, with experience leading small teams being highly regarded.
* Troubleshooting Skills: Demonstrate confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment, which is advantageous.
* Australian Working Rights: Must have Australian working rights to be eligible for this role.
