We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk and Compliance team at Mercer. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Change Communications Manager
The Program Change Communications Manager is responsible for working alongside the Change Managers and L&D Manager on the evolution and execution of the change and communication strategy in support of Risk Transformation. This role works within the Change Team and alongside the Program Hub and Program Director to develop strategies, tactics, key messages and communication materials to drive the required change. This role is also accountable for the delivery of key program communications, including showcases, team town halls, milestone announcements and leader talking points.
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
What you need to have
* At least 10 years' experience in communications, ideally within superannuation, wealth or financial services.
* Ideally, experience working in large, complex programs with challenging change agendas.
* Exceptional written communications and the ability to simplify the complex and customise messaging to different audience groups.
* Strong verbal and presentation skills and attention to detail.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
* Strong work ethic, proactive and able to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity.
* Experience in managing sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner.
* Knowledge of the regulatory landscape and risk management highly regarded.
