About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Junior Account Manager – Sales to join our high‐performing team supporting a flagship enterprise client in the Banking sector.
This is a unique opportunity to work side‐by‐side with an experienced Client Partner on a Tier‐1 account, gaining hands‐on exposure to strategic account management, stakeholder engagement, sales governance, and growth initiatives.
Designed as a fast‐track development role, this position will set you up for a long‐term career in enterprise sales and client leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of account plans, governance reporting, and executive presentations
* Maintain a holistic view of account performance including revenue, pipeline, delivery milestones, and KPIs
* Coordinate internal and client meetings, actions, and stakeholder communications
* Prepare content for QBRs, SteerCos, proposals, and client presentations
* Manage dashboards for financials, utilisation, backlog, and CRM accuracy
* Monitor contracts, SLAs, risks, and drive issue escalation and resolution
* Conduct market research, client mapping, and competitor analysis to support growth opportunities
* Capture key insights from meetings and ensure effective knowledge sharing across the team
About You
* MBA or Master's degree in Business, IT, Strategy, or a related discipline
* 2–4 years' experience in client engagement, consulting, sales support, or account coordination
* Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
* High emotional intelligence with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
* Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
* Exposure to enterprise clients or regulated industries (such as banking) is advantageous
